Dave Chalmers

Dave is currently located in Voorhees where he is a Financial Advisor with over 17 years of experience servicing clients’ financial planning needs. He began his career in financial services in 1997 with Prudential Financial. David left Prudential to become an independent advisor in 2006. In addition to providing traditional services,

In addition to providing traditional services, David also holds a Property and Casualty license, which allows him to consult with his clients on cost-effective ways to manage and mitigate any exposure they may face. As owner of the Haddon Agency LLC, an independent insurance agency located in Haddon Township, he is able to provide an unbiased review of insurance policies held by his clients. David was raised and continues to live in, Cherry Hill with his wife, 2 sons and dogs. He is an avid local sports fan. David loves animals and volunteers with animal rescue organizations.

From those lessons learned as an Independent trader, Keith became a Financial Adviser in 2005 with personal practical experience few in the financial advisory field can replicate.

Thomas Schulgen

Thomas Schulgen is a Registered Promoter at Haddon Financial Solutions. Tom has been providing risk analysis and asset protection in the Property and Casualty arena for over 10 years using his vast insurance products knowledge.

Tom entered the corporate world as a consultant after graduating from Bloomsburg University in 2000. Tom transitioned to the insurance and financial world over a decade ago and focuses on client’s goals when developing and implementing strategies to meet those goals.    

Tom grew up in the Northeast section of Philadelphia and presently resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife and three children. He volunteers his time at the neighborhood swim club and coaching his children in sports and activities when possible.

John Nettleton

John Nettleton is an agent at the Haddon Advisory Group. 

In 2021, John retired as the Chief of Police of the Pennsauken Police Department in Camden County, NJ. 

During his 25 years of service in law enforcement, John experienced many of the financial pitfalls faced by first responders today. 

John understands the unique challenges faced by first responders, such as navigating a complicated pension and retirement decisions, a risk of getting injured on the job and the need to protect your family. 

In his position as Chief, and in conjunction with the Haddon Advisory Group, John started a financial education program for new officers. John had too many conversations with officers who said, “I wish someone helped me get started saving earlier in my career”. 

In retirement, John had a strong desire to help protect those who protect us. 

That’s why our experienced professionals at the Haddon Advisory Group provide custom, fiduciary advice that puts your best interest first.
